This policy covers victorquinn.com and the personal applications Victor Quinn runs for himself under victorquinn.com and victorquinn.dev, including the meeting scheduler at schedule.victorquinn.com. These are personal projects operated by one person, not a company, and they are not sold or offered as a service.
This website
The site uses Umami, a cookieless analytics service, to count page views. It does not use advertising or tracking cookies, and it does not collect personal information from readers.
Booking a meeting
When you book time through the scheduler, it stores the name, email address and any notes you enter, along with the meeting time and format you choose. That information is used only to create the meeting, send the calendar invitation and let Victor prepare for it. It is never sold, shared with third parties for their own use, or used for marketing.
Google account data
The scheduler connects to Victor’s own Google account, and only his, so it can check when he is busy and add booked meetings, with a Google Meet link, to his calendar. It requests the Google Calendar events scope plus basic profile and email scopes to identify the connected account. Calendar data is read only to work out availability and to create, update or cancel the events the scheduler itself booked. Access tokens are stored in the scheduler’s database and are never shared.
The scheduler’s use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. Google user data is not used for advertising, not sold, not used to train AI or machine-learning models, and not read by anyone other than Victor except where needed for security or to comply with the law.
Service providers
The applications are hosted on Render, store data in Neon Postgres and use Cloudflare for DNS and file storage. Those providers process data only to run the infrastructure.
Retention and deletion
Booking details are kept for as long as they are useful for Victor’s own records. If you want your booking information deleted, or you have any question about this policy, email Victor and it will be removed:
